IDD & FAMILY SUPPORT
Supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families by connecting them with resources, advocacy, education, and community-based support that promotes independence, inclusion, dignity, and quality of life.
COMMUNITY INCLUSION & INDEPENDENCE
Creating opportunities that help individuals with disabilities participate fully in their communities, develop independent living skills, build meaningful relationships, and experience greater choice and independence.
COMMUNITY RESOURCE CONNECTIONS
Connecting individuals and families with community programs, organizations, and resources that can assist with housing, transportation, employment, education, healthcare access, and other essential needs.
FAMILY CAREGIVER SUPPORT
Providing families and caregivers with information, education, resource connections, and supportive services to help them navigate challenges while caring for loved ones with disabilities or other support needs.
